Terms of Use

The Site is published by Hostia, a short-term rental concierge based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, reachable at contact@hostia.ro.

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). The database is hosted by Neon, Inc.

The Site presents Hostia's concierge services (short-term rental property management, the "Hostia Setup" furnishing service), lets visitors get in touch with Hostia, and provides access to an internal management space reserved for the Hostia team and its providers. The Site is a commercial and informational showcase: it is not a stay-booking platform. Guest bookings are made directly through the third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) used by the properties Hostia manages.

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. Hostia does its best to keep the Site accessible but cannot guarantee continuous availability, and may suspend access without notice, in particular for maintenance.

The Site's forms (contact, provider application) let you send a request to Hostia. By submitting them, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. No such submission alone constitutes a contractual commitment between you and Hostia: a property management agreement only takes effect once a dedicated document is signed by both parties.

The internal management space (/gestion) is reserved for the Hostia team and for cleaning providers it has itself created. Access is via personal, confidential, non-transferable credentials. Any use of these credentials is the responsibility of their holder.

All elements of the Site (text, logo, visual identity, structure, photographs) are the property of Hostia or its partners, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, without Hostia's prior written consent, is prohibited.

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, etc.). Hostia has no control over these third-party services and disclaims any liability for their content, availability, or their own terms of use, which we encourage you to review.

Information on the Site is provided for guidance only and may be updated without notice. Hostia strives to keep this information accurate but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or how this information is used. Rental revenue or performance estimates mentioned on the Site are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

The processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence if you are a consumer within the European Union. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those determined by applicable law.

Hostia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes to its services or to applicable law. The version in force is the one published on the Site on the date you consult it.
