From zero to operational. In under 2 weeks.
Meeting & audit
We visit your property, assess its potential and put together a list of recommendations — including help, if needed, with the mandatory Ministry of Tourism classification. This audit is free and comes with no commitment.
Contract & setup
Once the property is validated against our criteria, we sign the contract, install the Nuki lock and configure all management tools.
Going live
Photo shoot if needed, listing creation or optimization, pricing setup and activation of the automated message sequence.
We manage. You collect.
Your property runs. Airbnb pays you directly for every booking — we bill you our commission on that basis, along with a detailed monthly report. Your only job: enjoy it.
